I have a fence in lot that I am trying to do something with. It is fence in and there is a gentleman that is clean up the place he is there alot of the time but his dog is always there. For storage it is cheap lot fee 150 total. Keep in mind that it is covered. There are cameras that watch the place. However me nor the property are responsible for any kind damage. Me and the property are not liable. You will have to sign a waiver. And first month is do when it is parked .
